    I love the guy on the bottom left. Is he a little wandering Christmas vagabond? His hat is so cheerful but his tattered pants are sadie. Unless he's a rebel and he's going for that look? Is it a fashion statement?

      If I had hats, I'd give them to the hobo. But I don't own a hat. Probably because I'd lose it.
