PRACTICE (SUMMER '15 #10)

Being too comfortable makes me uncomfortable.

I have to push myself more, do harder things.
A study from tonight and other junk. The 3D will happen, I'm just trying to drink from a firehouse and it's uncomfortable.

I'm rambling because I should be asleep now.

I saw Between the Buried and Me last night (this morning, technically? I have to go to bed, but Animals as Leaders and The Contortionist were there, too. I'm getting too old for late night concerts at 20 billion dB) and I'm exhausted.

Oh, I found the reference image for that top one from here, will probably do more tomorrow. But maybe I won't show you.

  1. Woooow!! I like the painted man! You're getting so good! Keep doing this, Zach, I think it's really showing.

    1. Thank you, Kaitlin! You're a peach. I will keep practicing! But maybe I won't like it.

    1. Oh my. Bottom middle! I like that one a lot as well. Bottom right I had plans for, but I never really explored them. He's on the endless "To-do" pile.

    2. Addendum: I spent a few hours last night painting on him and it's starting to come together. Muahahaha!

    3. Whoops! Just kidding. I meant the guy in top middle with the big sword.

    5. I do waayyyy too much sketching and not enough finishing. By the time I'm done with the sword guy, I'll have done a zillion new drawings and the cool knife guy will be sad and lonely because my new drawings and I will have abandoned him. I guess I'm saying I'd like to do that knife guy, but I probably won't get around to it.
